High-Precision Platens: The precision error between the fixed platen and moving platen is ≤ ±0.5 mm, with mold frame pressure reaching up to 6 kg.
Pressure-Retaining Material Tank: Dual-tank design supports pulse, hydraulic, and pressurized feeding, resulting in defect-free products and no nozzle clogging.
Steam Control: Dual control system using a balancing valve + analog proportional valve, with heating fluctuation error ≤ ±0.1 kg.
Electrical Control System: Siemens controller with HMI operation.
Hydraulic System: Taiwan JiuGang pressure-retaining valves, high/low pressure pumps and motors, paired with Germany Rexroth switching valves.
Proprietary Design: Integrated design of dedicated material gun and mold frame.
Core Components: All machine controllers and valves are from Japanese and German brands.
