Product Description
High-Rigidity Frame: Unique multi-cylinder structural design offers high rigidity and minimal deformation. Clamping force is evenly distributed, resulting in uniform product density and consistent quality.
Intelligent Control: Equipped with PC and PLC controllers. Process parameters can be set according to product characteristics, and the machine automatically operates according to the programmed sequence (automatic rising, clamping, degassing, vulcanization/foaming, mold opening, etc.).
Fast Lifting and Lowering: Fast rising speed, equipped with specially designed rapid pressure release valves, and exceptionally fast mold opening and lowering speed.
Precise Pressure Control: Pressure automatically increases during the vulcanization process to ensure product quality. Pressure release speed and the delay time before mold opening after pressure release can be adjusted according to the characteristics and thickness of the finished product, making it suitable for new product development.
Uniform Heating: Specially designed platens with a reasonably arranged circulation flow path. The platen surface area is enlarged, resulting in minimal temperature difference and uniform temperature distribution.
Reliable Hydraulic System: The hydraulic control employs a logic circuit. The system is compact with minimal piping, low risk of leakage, and high return pressure.
Wide Applicability: Both fully automatic and semi-automatic models feature all of the above characteristics.
