Product Description

• Structure: Unique frame construction / plate-type modular frame structure. High rigidity, minimal deformation, uniform clamping force, no cracking or distortion.

• Hydraulic System: Centralized hydraulic control with a filter to extend service life. Adopts a logic circuit – compact, minimal piping, low risk of leakage, stable pressure. Equipped with a rapid clamping cylinder for fast mold closing, and a PF125 full-flow valve for rapid descent.

• Control System: Uses PC and PLC controllers from reputable international brands. Semi-automatic and fully automatic continuous operation, with each action independently adjustable. The operating program runs automatically according to the process settings. Separate HMI control (optional automatic feeding device available).

• Heating: Electric heating platens with PID temperature control for uniform heating.

• Feeding/Weighing: Optional automatic feeding device – computer-controlled weight for each sole, automatically fed into the mold cavity. Fully automatic material weighing system with minimal error, reduced labor, and improved yield rate.

• Safety: Visual safety doors, enclosed operation space to ensure safety.
