EVA Cold Press / Secondary Foaming Machine

This series of EVA foaming hydraulic press machines is equipped with advanced PC and PLC control systems, allowing process parameters to be set according to product characteristics and enabling fully automatic operation, including platen lifting, exhaust, pressure holding, timing, and pressure release based on preset programs. The machine features fast lifting speed and long pressure holding capability, with pressure automatically increasing during the vulcanization process to ensure consistent product quality. A specially designed rapid pressure-release valve enables extremely fast mold opening and descent, while the pressure release speed and delayed mold opening can be flexibly adjusted according to product thickness and characteristics, making it ideal for new product development and quality improvement. The heating plates are specially designed to provide uniform temperature distribution, and both fully automatic and semi-automatic models share these advanced features.

For multi-cylinder EVA foaming hydraulic press versions, the machine adopts a unique multi-cylinder structural design with high rigidity and minimal deformation, ensuring more uniform clamping force distribution and consistent product density. It is also controlled by PC and PLC systems, enabling automatic mold closing, exhaust, vulcanization (foaming), and mold opening through programmed operation. The enlarged heating platen and specially designed circulation channels minimize temperature differences and ensure even heat distribution. The hydraulic system adopts a logical circuit design with a compact structure, fewer pipelines, reduced leakage risk, and high back-pressure efficiency.

These machines are widely used for producing EVA or PVC foamed sheets, beach sandals, rubber foam sponge soles, and various industrial rubber products. The product range includes QFEA series models such as QFEA-36A/B/C (1300-ton total cylinder force, platen sizes from 1400×1700 mm to 1400×2000 mm), QFEA-40A/B/C/D/E (1600-ton, platen sizes up to 1500×2400 mm), as well as smaller models like QFEA-18, 22, 25, 32, and 33 series with clamping forces ranging from 350 to 1100 tons and platen sizes from 800×1000 mm to 1400×1700 mm, all featuring multi-layer structures (4–6 layers) and platen spacing from 150 mm to 180 mm. The QXEA series further expands the range with models such as QXEA-18, 22, 25, 32B, 33, 36, 38, 40, and 44, offering total cylinder forces from 350 to 2200 tons, platen sizes up to 1400×2400 mm, and column spacing up to 2360 mm. Multi-cylinder models including QXEA-50, QXEA-52, and QXEA-80 provide even higher capacity, with total cylinder forces of 3000 to 5000 tons, large platen sizes up to 1900×3200 mm, and multi-layer configurations up to 8 layers, making them suitable for large-scale industrial production.
