EVA Foaming Hydraulic Press
This series of machines features a uniquely designed frame made from high-quality HT250 cast steel, ensuring excellent rigidity, resistance to cracking and deformation, and extended service life. Equipped with advanced PC and PLC control systems, as well as microcomputer control modules, the machine supports independent operation of each function without interference, delivering fast, stable, and low-noise performance with segmented pressure control capability. Exhaust frequency, exhaust timing, pressure release, and descent actions can all be independently adjusted for greater flexibility in operation. The hydraulic system adopts a logical valve circuit with centralized control, minimizing piping, reducing leakage risks, maintaining stable pressure, and ensuring constant operating temperature to prolong machine lifespan. Critical components such as the working table and front/rear water-retaining plates are made of 304 stainless steel for enhanced wear resistance, while oil inlet joints are integrally formed from solid steel to prevent breakage.
The machine is equipped with an emergency lowering switch, allowing immediate stop and descent to ensure the safety of operators, molds, and finished products. Its optimized structural design reduces the overall machine footprint along the length direction, saving installation space, while the improved water tank design significantly minimizes cooling water leakage and enhances the workshop environment. For foaming applications, the automatic feeding foaming system enables precise control of material weight per sole via computer, ensuring accurate dosing and automated feeding into molds, reducing labor requirements and production costs while improving yield. The system supports both semi-automatic and fully automatic continuous operation modes, with each action independently adjustable for maximum reliability. An optional servo control system further reduces noise and improves energy efficiency.
The small foaming molding machine variant adopts a plate-type combined frame structure, providing high rigidity and minimal deformation to ensure uniform clamping force distribution. It is equipped with fast clamping cylinders to shorten auxiliary time and improve productivity. Heating plates use electric heating with PID temperature control, ensuring uniform heat distribution. The hydraulic system remains compact with logical circuit design, reducing leakage and maintaining stable pressure. A fully automatic material weighing system can be configured to ensure accurate raw material dosing, reduce human error, and improve finished product consistency. A visual safety door design ensures that all operations are carried out within a closed space for enhanced operator safety.
The insole machine version features a newly designed structure with high rigidity suitable for heavy-duty production. It adopts a servo oil pump system with infinitely variable motor speed and automatic hydraulic pump adjustment, achieving energy savings of over 35%. Controlled by a PLC system with a touchscreen interface, it offers simple and convenient operation, while the machine provides fast, stable, and quiet vertical movement during operation.
These machines are widely used for producing height-increasing insoles, foam pads, EVA pads, embossed leather pads, as well as EVA and PVC foamed sheets, beach sandals, rubber foam sponge soles, and various industrial rubber products. The product range includes multiple models with different station configurations, clamping forces, heating methods (electric, steam, oil, or water cooling), platen sizes, and layer structures, allowing flexible selection based on production requirements. Specifications typically include clamping forces ranging from 35 to 250 tons or higher, platen sizes from approximately 450 × 460 mm to 650 × 550 mm, multi-layer configurations, and machine dimensions optimized for industrial-scale production.
