Motion Control: Major mechanical actions (such as injection, material feeding, turntable indexing, mold clamping, etc.) are all programmed into the programmable controller, ensuring precise machine movements.
Pressure Control: Equipped with a digital proportional controller that simultaneously controls mold clamping pressure, injection pressure, and material feeding pressure.
Energy-Saving System: Equipped with a servo energy-saving system, reducing electricity consumption by approximately 30%.
