EVA Pouring / Vacuum Foaming Machine

This series of hydraulic molding machines features a uniquely designed machine body with an integrated four-column locking structure for each station, ensuring high rigidity, no cracking or loosening, and excellent operational stability. Equipped with a servo motor control system, the machine delivers fast and efficient upward and downward movement, achieving high productivity while maintaining energy-saving and environmentally friendly performance. The operation is simple and user-friendly, with convenient maintenance. It is capable of producing single-color and dual-color shoe soles, slippers, and similar products with high success rates in one cycle. An optional vacuum system is available, enhancing surface detail clarity and improving product pattern definition.

The machine range includes models such as QF-8204BS, QF-8206BS, and QF-8208BS (100-ton clamping force, 4–8 stations, power consumption from 44 to 88 kW, platen size 400×550 mm, spacing 500 mm), QF-8204CS, QF-8206CS, and QF-8208CS (platen size 400×600 mm), as well as QF-8206DS and QF-8208DS (150-ton clamping force, platen size 500×600 mm). Additional configurations include QF-8204ES, QF-8206ES, QF-8208ES, and QF-8206AS series, offering similar performance with variations in structural layout and dimensions. All models adopt electric heating systems and are available with different station configurations (4, 6, or 8 stations), maintaining consistent platen spacing of 500 mm. Machine dimensions range approximately from 4770 × 1350 × 2085 mm to 9100 × 1600 × 2085 mm depending on configuration, allowing flexible selection based on production requirements. These machines are designed for stable, high-efficiency production in footwear manufacturing applications.
