E-TPU Foamed Sole Molding Machine

This machine is specially designed for molding foamed shoe soles using TPU material.
Equipped with a crank-type clamping structure, providing high clamping force and uniform platen pressure distribution.
High-precision platens, including fixed and moving plates, are controlled by an encoder with positioning accuracy within ±0.1 mm. Mold frame pressure can reach up to 6 kg.
Independent platen design with servo-controlled mold gap adjustment allows different molds to be used interchangeably for various products.
Pressure-retaining material tank design, combined with pulse and proportional control feeding, ensures defect-free products and prevents nozzle blockage.
The steam system adopts a dual-control system with balance valves and proportional valves, maintaining steam heating fluctuation within ±0.1 kg.
High- and low-pressure pump system enables fast and ultra-slow mold opening/closing, ensuring more uniform material distribution and more stable product quality.
Equipped with a human-machine interface and Siemens controller, enabling fully automatic, unmanned production.
