Single Color EVA Injection Foaming Machine

The injection carriage adopts linear guide rails driven by a braking motor, with high-speed movement controlled by a frequency inverter, while a rotary encoder is used for accurate position detection. The clamping system features a two-stage fast mold opening and closing mechanism with full mold-closing detection, and a low operating platform design that shortens the opening stroke and allows flexible use of various mold types. The control system is built on a Windows-based platform with a graphical human-machine interface and touchscreen display, enabling real-time monitoring of feeding speed, injection volume, injection time, injection temperature, vulcanization time, and production output, making operation simple, intuitive, and user-friendly; the modular PLC system ensures a clear functional structure and high reliability. The hydraulic system adopts a servo-driven design to enhance safety and stability, reduce noise, and improve overall production efficiency, while enabling precise multi-stage pressure and flow control through the computerized system. Energy-saving features include water-free mold stations, high-efficiency insulation materials, and an air-cooled hydraulic system to reduce energy consumption. In addition, the integrated servo energy-saving system can reduce power consumption by approximately 30% under normal operating conditions.
